Orders Processing Time

ORDER:

Currently we have two types of items depending on their availability:

1) Stock item will be shipped to you within 5 business days.
2) In case you customize your order we need up to 8-10 business days to produce your hat.

ORDERS PROCESSING TIME:

We process and ship orders from Monday 8:00 AM (EST) to Friday 10:00PM (EST) We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Please note: All deliveries are made at the customer’s expense. Should you need to edit your order, please contact S&W Customer Support. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
