Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted for headwear in good condition within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
The headwear must meet the following conditions:
It has not been used or worn.
It retains its original appearance and quality.
Procedure for Return and Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please send:
Photos of the product taken from all angles, or
A video clearly showing the product’s condition.
Send the photos or video along with your request to sales@shush-and-wear.com.
Important Notes
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
If the returned headwear does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Items damaged during delivery are not eligible for exchange or return. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your account within 14 business days of the acceptance of the returned goods.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
