Exchange & Return

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure your experience with Shush & Wear is seamless. Below is our policy for returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for headwear in good condition within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

  • The headwear must meet the following conditions:

    • It has not been used or worn.

    • It retains its original appearance and quality.

Procedure for Return and Exchange

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please send:

    • Photos of the product taken from all angles, or

    • A video clearly showing the product’s condition.

  1. Send the photos or video along with your request to sales@shush-and-wear.com.

Important Notes

  • All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the returned headwear does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Items damaged during delivery are not eligible for exchange or return. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your account within 14 business days of the acceptance of the returned goods.

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
